10/10 customer service from Kong Performance. My idler pulley broke unexpectedly, and I was able to text the owner at a random time of day. He answered right away, had me send photos, talked me through everything, and immediately said, “No problem, we’ll warranty it.” That kind of support means a lot, especially when it’s on your dream car. Brought my LT4 supercharger to Kong Performance for a noise issue and they diagnosed it immediately. You can tell they specialize in these and actually know what they’re doing, not just guessing. Communication was clear, turnaround was quick, and they explained everything they found. Whole process was smooth and professional. If you have any supercharger issues, especially on an LT4, these are the guys to go to.
