Rude. Inconsiderate. And belittles his patiens. He was zero help on top of him being so disrespectful
Dr. Kong is the best. Yes sometimes you have to wait. Just Bring a book. He believes in seeing his patients. Not a PA. My heart is worth it, so I don’t mind waiting.
Expect to be in the waiting room for 3-6 hours . He books appointments and has his nurses bring patients back then send them back to waiting room to wait . He works at United Regional and is typically hours late to his job at the clinic. Even if there’s only a few people in the waiting room you will still be waiting because he isn’t even there yet. Once you get back he is pretty thorough in what he does , just doesn’t care enough to not make u waste ur whole day .
An hour and 45 minutes still has not seen the doctor add had a schedule appointment and been in the room for over an hour
