Horrible customer service. They did ship my order and wouldn't refund me.
I bought a Kong toy for my little dachshund and I paid almost $11 for this thing. I brought it home and within 40 minutes she had the nose ripped off and all the stuffing out. It is not indestructible if you’re gonna do it do it on all the parts she tried to get the tail off, but couldn’t but the nose came off. You might want to redo your product.
Ive bought lots of items through chewy by Kong for years. My dog has tons in pieces and a lot unused too. I have a big dog so i buy the kongs leashes up to 150lbs. Makes me feel safe thats its can go up that high. Well my dog went after a bunny and instead of locking it grinded and locked at full extension without retracting which when you have a large dog is a big no no. I don’t own any Kong toys (or a dog for that matter), but I do love the thong song. That Kong k-Kong Kong Kong!!!
