I don’t own any Kong toys (or a dog for that matter), but I do love the thong song. That Kong k-Kong Kong Kong!!!
Twice over the years I've had to call about material composition of some Kong toys after hours and have left a voicemail. And twice now, I've received a prompt call back the next business day with the info I requested and more - and bonus, the lady who returned my call was super pleasant and knowledgeable. Sounds like a given for customer service, but these days it's not. Kong, you've got some good people in that department.
This is the happiest business I’ve ever been to! Terri at the front desk is an absolute delight and brightens my day every time I see her!
Remove Kong Toys from European pet stores. Many of these products come with no care instructions and then try to suggest you broke it by washing it. This is unacceptable and other manufacturers are forced to provide care instructions. Absolutely disgusting service from your EU office in UK. Very dismissive and zero interest in taking it seriously. So now we go to the European Consumer commission 👍🏻
As someone who has used your products for multiple dogs over the decades, the declining quality and incredibly poor customer support this company seemed to take on in the past years is tremendously sad. The last two classics I purchased had quality issues compared to those I have had and still continue to use. In trying to get anything back from their customer support, it was a heck of a lengthy and unsupportive journey.
