I usually don't write reviews and wasn't planning to, but every time I pass by Konfident Hair, I'm reminded of my disappointing experience. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the entire visit uncomfortable. Communication was nearly impossible, often resulting in sudden outbursts. It's an experience I'd rather forget and certainly wouldn't recommend to others.
Kisha, she is serious about her craft. Hair loss specialist..herbal tea specialist. Quiet atmosphere. Love this place. 100%
