This company is terrible and I don't know how they are even still in business!! They have a contract with my apartment complex and our elevator has been down for almost 2 weeks. They came out to assess the elevator but didn't come back to fix the damn thing!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are terrible and are not reliable at all! If I could give them a -0 rating I would.
Do NOT get a service contract with Kone!! Our elevator has been out a total of 13 days...they came out to fix it last Sat 8/24 & right after they left, the elevator was out again!! It's been record heat indexes this past week & walking up 3 flights after breast cancer treatments & arthritic knees makes it almost impossible for me to get out (had to cancel CT scan today & now I have to wait 3 wks for another appt). I had a Dr appt Weds & I passed out walking up the steps...I was lucky that I didn't fall down a flight of steps... read more
Their maintenance service isnt the best. They do not communicate visits with the customer. Cant even call when they cannot access a building. They will just drive on to the next account.
