We've been working with Adam as our elevator mechanic for several years now, and we can confidently say he has always been attentive, responsive, and patient. He consistently takes the time to explain issues and solutions in layman's terms, which has greatly improved our ability to relay important information to staff efficiently. We've thrown some challenging jobs his way over the years, and his performance has always reinforced our full confidence in his work.
Adam was very knowledgeable and was able to pin point our concerns with the buildings elevator. We appreciated him putting in the extra effort and time to ensure it was running properly. Adam also took the time to explain and show us how to properly lock out the elevator and gave us some tips on how to keep it working properly. Much respect to a company who hires people who take pride in their work and do their job thoroughly.
