KONE ELEVATOR IS THE WORST COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bill Hollis today called me and he was very obnoxious and threatening over the phone, when I gave this company business over 12 years for several of my hotels. I paid them well over $90,000.00 to replace my new elevator at our hotel in Braintree, MA and the officers who came to my hotel to get me sign the contract were not very clear about what was involved in replacing my elevator.
