Currently moving my stuff out of my apartment with no elevator, thanks Kone! It’s been like that for months. These people are liars and idiots.
Terrible service and zero follow-up. Left piles of junk for months on our grounds while doing nothing. Technicians had to be told not to smoke inside the building while "working" on the elevator. Months of zero communication without progress.
They have to keep coming back so....
