Beware, Kone has ruined their reputation in my opinion. They hey do not follow through, they do not honor their contracts, they do not meet the contract minimums. They have ruined what good name they had in the industry
Savana went above and beyond to help me understand the steps needed to get our elevators repaired. She took the time to come out to our location, investigate the issue, make calls, and connect us with the right people to move things forward. I truly appreciate her dedication and support. Thank you, Savana
Not the best service from my experience. These guys service the elevators in my property I live in. Elevators are always broken and it takes weeks to fix. When ever I ask them I am told the elevator company does things in there own time and they are slow
