I have worked this elevator company for 2yrs. My first elevator is almost finished. Definitely would not recommend. You will spend +35% more than contract price of service, rental and material they disclosure as client cost no estimated amount. Sales disappears after you signature dries. Project contact person avoids you through email and voicemail. In person meeting are encouraging you on track but misleading instruction are not correct. Are your workers on meth or something? Because they drive like they’re on a sick one. Absolutely NO reason to tailgate someone at 85 miles an hour.
Worst elevator and worse service ever
The worst company I have worked with. I’m an electrical contractor, if you are doing an electrical installation for an KONE elevator’s company be prepared to deal with 5 different “technicians” doing things over and over again and asking more and more items at the very end when you are close to the state inspection. I’m failing state inspection today for an auxiliary contacts which the last “elevator’s technician” asked my foreman to removed, when you ask for information they refuse to provide it.
