You guys really came through for our huge 40-story building today and got one of them back up and running within 24hrs!!! Kudos!!!!!!!!!!!!
The elevator has broken 3 months ago and it is unclear when they finally fix it
Riverpark Apartments. 3 buildings. 6 elevators. One per building is always out of order or stuck due to earthquake alarm. Doors not set to open at normal speed. This company is terrible. Technicians are incompetent.
In Seattle, It’s been 4 weeks without service to one elevator. Now the second one has gone out in a building with many seniors and others with physical disabilities. So ppl are stuck from leaving or getting back into their apartment.
