Apparently they service the only elevator in our 10 story apartment building and well the elevator went down 2 week ago and it hasn’t been fixed yet. We have lots of elderly and wheelchair bound tenants who haven’t seen outside in two weeks straight missing doctors appointments and unable to get groceries and I’m unable to move by the end of the month without an elevator. The conditions are inhumane and no one finds it urgent enough to provide alternative accommodation.
Terrible customer service. You should really watch how your customer support speaks to your customers.
Work for a city that has several elevators. They come out and say they fix it and it does not work shortly after they leave. Would not recommend them to do anything to your elevator. You get your elevator inspected it fails for a pit light being out then they want to charge you for coming back out to replace it after you buy the bulb. If they tell you which one it takes if its wrong they will charge again to come back out. Horrible service. I would give know stars if I could cause one is too much.
