Work for a city that has several elevators. They come out and say they fix it and it does not work shortly after they leave. Would not recommend them to do anything to your elevator. You get your elevator inspected it fails for a pit light being out then they want to charge you for coming back out to replace it after you buy the bulb. If they tell you which one it takes if its wrong they will charge again to come back out. Horrible service. I would give know stars if I could cause one is too much.
The absolute worst elevator company to work with. They are basically thieves. Non responsive and complete liars. Hopefully they will no longer work on our projects.
Absolutely terrible customer service and outrageous billing practices. It is very sad to see that this company - which was once reputable - has degraded so badly.
