On the One!
Complete lack of customer service. Doesn't communicate with customers when they are showing up to do warranty or PM work. Doesn't communicate with onsite maintenance or management of facility when they show up onsite. With the person they do see, they don't give a time frame of how long the elevator will be down. Maybe it is just the two techs that run PM and warranty that are this way. Unfortunately they are the face of the business to me.
