Absolutely the worst elevator company in the world I would imagine. They have sent 4-5 diffrent techs, taking 5-15 days to even arrive, and not 1 of their techs are able to fix their equipment. It literally seems to get worse everytime they decide to finally show up to the point it does not work at all. This is a major safty concern with ada units on the top floor and they have total disregard for people's safty apparently.
Do not respond and take forever to pull up even tho contract states there supposed to come within 24 hrs
I recently attended a quarterly safety training at the Atlanta branch and was impressed by the professionalism and teamwork of the technicians. Their commitment to safety and the way they engaged with the training really stood out. It’s encouraging to see such dedication to keeping both employees and customers safe. Great job to the team!
Definitely the most unreliable company I’ve ever used.
