Kone started out great with our service tech (tank? I think). They tried to charge more than necessary for visits and refused to work around it and lied to landlord of the property for costs (we have the emails from both landlord and Kone, both different). They then sent technicians into our property after we said they were not permitted -multiple times - and sent us bills instead of us having a chance to work things out. awful customer service, several months you have to wait for parts. they do not have any spare parts. awfuuuuuul
