Our Kone mechanic is top of the line. Jose is able to diagnose any problem and usually repair any problems in a day with parts on hand. Kones construction crew works quickly to install any product that needs an upgrade. Jose, our mechanic, is constantly ready to help and suggest solutions to any problem. The elevator inspector said we have the best maintained elevators in the state. Thank you Kone for being the best!
Our technician, Joe, is amazing. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and excellent at communication.
After the Hurricane Milton left we returned to Madison Square Apartments to find our senior building without an elevator so that the frail wheelchair bound and those on oxygen could not return and enter their home or leave the building. many elderly were stuck in the building without the ability to leave or exit from the start of the storm. We were told they were called but they never came.
