First off when you introduce yourself the tech refuses to give his name. Not a great start. The individual tech would not listen to the immediate history of the problem. When asked their opinion of something they will not let you finish then talk down to you arrogantly like you’re an imbecile. The elevator in question has been looked at three times in five days and they still haven’t resolved the issue saying there is nothing wrong with it. When it ceases to function there is something wrong.

While this is a challenging business, there is no need to be rude to people and avoid giving them information for MONTHS while they are waiting for a repair and having to climb the stairs. I would not trust what they say and I would not expect any decent service.

KONE Customer Service is terrible: Albany NY KONE manager Jonathan Campbell refuses transparency, is unresponsive and cannot deliver on maintenance contract. Single Elevator repair that takes months and strands seniors in their top floor apartments in Pawling NY is not good business practice! 1 star reviews on Yelp confirm this. You should be ashamed to talk about how much money you are making when you are not providing the basic services contracted. This is the beginning of an ongoing campaign to expose the way you operate.
