Best Glasses I ever had! – I am amazed how well I can see out of my new glasses!! The doctor was wonderful, as was the staff. Everyone was caring and professional. They made my visit a pleasure. The doctor was very knowledgeable and caring. The optician (Vicki) took the time to show me several different frames and was very helpful in making my lens selection. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor and optical.
HORRIBLE service – Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The woman in charge of prescriptions (Marilyn) is rude and abrasive, and was cursing under her breath. She was extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. The doctor took three personal calls on his cell phone in front of me while I was in the exam room. He did not wash his hands before my exam, and his hands smelled absolutely terrible. DO NOT make your appointment with these doctors - something very, very wrong is going on in their offices.
