This guy will straight up look you in the face and tell you that he’s robbing you. Not just a liar, but a thief as well. Terrible person to work with, even worse work. I am mad he stole my security deposit. When I moved in, the apartment was uncompleted in construction and shabby with some real cheap work done on it. He said he still had to install smoke detectors which he never did. Of course the apartment ended up burning down about 9 months later.
