Rob is simply an expert who cares. Not only he really understands the body and his clients need. He pays attention to that relationship. When he is with his client, he focuses on him or her, and gives his undivided attention. I appreciate him.

I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year, and despite my busy schedule, I always make time for it, their flexible hours make it easy. I train with Rob, and all the coaches are incredibly caring and knowledgeable. This gym isn’t just about physical training, it’s also about strengthening our mindset and outlook on life. I love being part of this community. Thanks Rob and the team! 💪

The trainers are very qualified and so attentive to the clients. And the atmosphere is one of camaraderie!! Great hard workouts designed to your needs and done in a fun atmosphere! I highly recommend trying Kondition !!!!

I've done a few SGT sessions with Jad on Sat morning and I really enjoyed it. He's a great trainer who is knowledgeable and does a nice variety of exercises. You really push hard when you're in a group. The facility is big and bright with tons of great equipment.

I have been with Rob for 12 years. His expertise, variety of workouts and continual challenge to do a bit more than I think is possible has helped me grow strong. The community feeling of the gym has kept me going back year after year. I highly recommend Kondition!
