I paid $1500 for a glass door and Matt with Konda glass never delivered it, kept giving me the run around, ignored my calls and messages… never refunded my money. DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING UNTIL YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED! Don’t be their next victim!
Took our money and ran. Been months, they never answer the phone or say they’ll come “next week” and never do and go back to not answering. Don’t give these people your money
Contracted them for a job in July 2024, was told it would take 1 month for parts and supplies and paid half. It’s Nov 2024. And they worn answer calls, if they do all I get is “I’ll check with the owner and call you back” but there is never a call back. Horrible business practice.
Helpful staff, fast reasonably priced service. I had a small job and was in and out in minutes.
