I booked in for an electric shower replacement. The job was done quickly and efficiently the following day. Very happy with the service provided, so I will definitely be using Koncept again for any future plumbing repairs.
Outstanding service, professional, helpful and friendly they just get the job done. When Andy picked up the phone I knew I was in the right hands. Chris was amazing. At 2.30 on a Friday afternoon he sourced the part I needed and came back to fit it. I've saved their number and quite honestly won't use anyone else again.
Great boiler service by Chris, highlighted some possible dangers that needed sorting, missed by previous engineers.
Had Chris come over and fixed my boiler for me. Very Professional and friendly. Lovely person and guided me through every step of the process and made it easy to understand. Would recommend giving Koncept Plumbing a call if you're in a tight spot.
