Fantastic dining experience, food was amazing - pork loin, corn rib, yellowtail crudo and scallops were all exceptional. Service is awesome too and we enjoyed the atmosphere a lot. Will definitely be back!
I've been to Konban several times and every time I'm super impressed with the delicious Japanese food and the service. The place is a vibe and if you've ever been to Kyoto you'll know it leans into an authentic atmosphere. Our waitress last night really made our meal great by recommending us dishes and helping ensure we ordered the right amount. The ebi katsu, mazeman noodles, and scallops were a standout! Also I was obsessed with the morika cocktail which has the shine muscat green grape flavor I fell in love with in Japan!

Every part of this dinner was great from start to finish. We were able to get seated early, were brought cherry tomatoes with a sauce and yuzu to drink right after we sat down. Then after we ordered, all the food came so quickly and was delicious. Highlight of the meal was definitely the yellowtail crudo! Service was quick to remove used plates and fill waters, and it was overall a great vibe in the restaurant. Highly recommend!
