If there was a lower rating, we would give it. In short, 12/2020 gave $11233. In March, owner Brian Hall offered to refund our money since he could not guarantee a start date. Brian took 50000 deposit in December last year and said March or April to install. Brian delayed until June and then finally we asked for a refund. He agreed but never paid. Do not do business with Brian or konadocks.
Do not do business with Brian Hall/Konadocks. I engaged them in Sept 2020 and paid a $15,000 deposit. After months and month of excuses they finally did some light demo and drew up the Engineering plans. After calling them multiple times they finally submitted the permit in late December. After months and months of no progress, I finally cancelled the job and requested $13,580 of my money back. They refuse to give me my money back. Do you give them your hard earned money.
