Fun way to explore the city. Our tour guide, Kamakea, was fantastic. She was a lot of fun, told us history about the city and kept us on course. The food and beverages were great - a little spendy, but enjoyed it thoroughly!
Our guides Kai and Kamala(sp?) were very knowledgeable about Hawaiian history and made excellent restaurant and food selections for this walking tour. My partner and I especially appreciated the clam chowder at the Fish Hopper restaurant. The fresh poke at the out of the way deli (which we never would have found on our own) was the best I've ever tasted. We also enjoyed fancy purple Ube-be drinks, unique to Kona, and the ocean view at Papa Konas. Highly recommend this tour.
Tour with Ellie and Kai was amazing. Loved all the stops and the food was fab. The portions were plentiful and our guides were so knowledgeable and had lots to tell us about Kona
Ellie was a great Kona food guide. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew just when to chime in. We had a great walking tour of not just Kona food, but Kona town.
