My rear tire was wobbly. Stopped by Sunday afternoon. Met with Denyce, the owner. See said they could repair rim. I went home and got the bike. When I brought it back Cynthia immediately put in on the rack and corrected the problem. Bike is perfect now. Even applied the military discount for me. Definitely recommend Kona swim, bike and run to anyone with a bicycle concern.
Looking for a close to home mom & pop type feel to a bike shop with a tremendous staff equipped with all-star knowledge? KONA is the place to be! Came in to get some tire tubes & valves replaced expecting to pay into the $100's and was pleasantly surprised at not only how quick the procedure was performed, but how affordable this was.
