Cynthia and team are patient, knowledgeable, proficient and priced extremely well. I was hesitant to go anywhere because I felt uninformed and uneducated about my bike - and desperately needed help. I mustered up the courage to go Jim for a tuneup and a lesson. Fantastic experience. They took the time to teach me how to use my bike, what the parts are supposed to do, helped me load it in my vehicle and gave me tips on how to do this myself. Really pleased to discover this bike shop! Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Provided my requested safety check and also purchased quick release hub for front wheel, which makes getting into and out of SUV much easier. Definitely will continue to do business here, highly recommend!! P.S. I remembered to bring Treats for Travis's dog Beau! Note: you can give Beau Treats, BUT you can't pet him. (Even sez so in large letters on his collar!).
