Great experience at this independent bike shop. Travis quickly diagnosed my Trek’s drivetrain issue and was able to make recommendations to get me on the road again quickly. Really enjoyed meeting Dave and the owners as well. Great bike shop with wonderful service and reminds me of what a bike shop is supposed to be about. Great community and great service.

Purchased a bike for my son from a big box store, gears were noisy and didn't shift well. Kona was able to adjust and greatly improve everything. Next bike purchase will definitely be direct from them.
