I took my daughters (6&8) in to see Dr.Matt for the first time today and can I just say WOW, I am so impressed. The front office staff was amazing, Dr. Matt was amazing, the hygienists were amazing, I’m just so happy we found them. Finding a good dentist on island has been a challenge for us so today was an absolute breath of fresh air. We walked away from our first pediatric dental visit with our 14 month baby feeling disregarded and disrespected as new patients because the instructions say to check in 15 mins before your appt. - in which we did but still had to wait over 45 mins just to get to a dentist seat while another family with a 3 year old came after us for a later appointment time (which was confirmed by the staff was indeed after our appointment time) was taken in and seen before us. Dr Matt and his team are great with kids and their parents. We have been seeing him with our children since they were toddlers. His new office is modern, clean and really child friendly. My daughter loves picking from the toy wall at the end of each visit.
