I think some of you are giving this store a bad rap. They don't hold your hand - you have to know what you want. I bought about 20 wrought iron light fixtures in Mexico. I had to wire them. Kona was more than helpful. I couldn't have done it without them.

kona lighting – i have personally used KONA LIGHTING for approximately 15 years. they are fantastic ! when it comes to service as well as excellent fast, sometimes "while you wait" repairs, i give them high marks ! i find their customer contacts to be professional with very reasonable prices. THANKS KONA !!!!

Go Elsewhere – I have lived near this shop for decades. Over the years, I have visited it 3-4 times. WITHOUT FAIL, they have been rude. They act annoyed by my being there, and are not shy in giving off that vibe. On each occasion, I was made to feel like I was an interruption to their day, and that they were wildly inconvenienced. It's an old shop -- not good old, as in retro and kitschy -- but unorganized, depressing, and dusty. Avoid if at all possible – Only 1 star because there is no option for no stars. I had a small lamp with only a minor connection problem and left it for repair in July and was told it would be 3 weeks. I began calling after that time and each time was told it would be another week. After several weeks & calls, it turned out they did not even look at my lamp for over three months.
