Tom and his wife are a great team. Knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, courteous. Tom has shown me properties and has submitted an offer for me. I am still in the market here in HOVE, and Tom will be the realtor I use when I finally decide to buy. 1 year later: Tom and Myriam helped me buy a very nice house, negotiating a $35K concession in price. Tom is humble, unlike a number of arrogant realtors in the area, and he has a lot of contacts and resources to share with his customers. I highly recommend him.
Shady dude and that’s coming from other realtors point of view not just mine. Wanted to sell my property with a buyer we had lined up, I wanted to sell the property and give the buyer an option to pay $3000 over a year. Tom told me that was a small peanuts move then sold a near by property for the same amount I had offered the buyer with the $3000 being paid a year later. Lots of passive aggressive energy & shady shifting with Tom, I’d try a different option as there are better options of realtors in the Oceanview area
