Came out to our neighborhood on Saturday. Kids loved the Kona Ice visit. Retired vet, first off, thank you for your service!! We also enjoyed the Kona Ice! Always welcome back!
Disappointing!! My team at school wanted just for them for our event Scott was no help at all . We just wanted you guys to show out and support never again.. never said we wanted it for free!! WORST KONA ICE COMPANY. Disrespectful.
I have NEVER done this before but this case justifies it. I had a scheduled appearance by Kona Ice- contact’s name was Scott- who ended up being a no show. When I called to ask why, he said the event had been cancelled, which is impossible because I was the event contact and did NOT cancel the event. He then told me he would be out in 30 minutes, only to never show up, again. I just spoke with him and he was zero help, offered no explanation or solution.
