We had a 5 star experience with Kona. Everyone we worked with was super knowledgeable and amazing at their work. The cabinets we received were quality craftsman-ship at a price that was comparable to Home Depot, except we got the interpersonal experience and human connection you don’t get from HD. I also doubt the quality of HDs cabinets could compare to Kona’s. Alissa worked with us to ensure our budget was respected and took the time to answer all our questions. Great experience! Never hesitate to answer questions and make they make sure everything is delt with properly and you are happy. Very impressed with how I was treated. Quality of cabinets is very good!! They know what they are doing!!
Would not recommend. Used them for a couple projects and received the wrong color and had missing cabinets. Johnathon was very difficult to communicate with. We did however receive a substantial discount for our troubles
