Ernie from Kona Bay never showed up for appointment for an pool inspection for a home purchase. I was also wanting an estimate from them to repair the problems. No show, no cancellation, no nothing. It was not only rude, it wasted my time and left me with not enough time to get another pool inspector for the home I am buying.
