Extremely irresponsible truck driver 2nd May around 8:10am Cresting the hill with more speed than conditions permit on Academy way (heading toward John Hindle) which is narrow, single lane, has parked vehicles in both directions and it's school time. Tried to speed past my bus as I was dropping off kids at a designated stop and ended up head on into oncoming traffic, causing them to slam on their brakes and swerve out of the way.
