Vadym takes the time to get to know the customer, ensuring the customer understands what they are asking for, to close the gap between ‘want and need’, to ensure the final product optimizes both utility and aesthetics. He and his crew are true craftsman they take pride in their work.

Couldn’t even manage to schedule a consult with us. They do not have an office staff that I can discern. We called the number and got “owner”? He said text him the date and time for the consultation, which we did, and he approved. He did not follow through and no showed at said time. When we called there was no major apology or attempt to fix the situation simply, “let me see what happened”.
Kon Construction went above and beyond for our outdoor covered area. They not only care about quality of design, but also quality of craftsmanship.
