I normally dont dont this but Komugi Bakery is absolutely a 5/5! You can really tell how much attention they put into every detail, especially when it comes to texture and flavor. Everything feels carefully made, with the perfect balance of softness, richness, and sweetness without being overwhelming. The French toast was definitely a standout. The Sunrise bread is delightfully soft and fluffy. It paired perfectly with the nutty roasted flavor of the Iced Hojicha! I ate it so quickly I forgot to take a picture.
