The prices are ridiculously overpriced and completely unjustified for the service provided.First visit Kevin charged me i believe was $129 for diagnostic even though i brought my car for a clear coolant housing leak and i told him this is the part needed change They left the car sitting there for weeks, while i was left in the dark with little to no communication or updates. Top shelf service thus far, reasonable pricing and honesty on my mercedes's. Will recommend to anyone with a European car. After a recent experience with a repair last week, the service I received was excellent, there was issues with the repair but the response and service I received to mitigate the problem was far and away more than anything gotten from anyone I've ever had for any service.
