I cannot begin to describe the level of anger and disappointment in this company, particularly in the owner Daniel. Kompletely Kustom gave us a a very low initial quote which is why we went with him and they looked good on paper. Well it was to good to be true and we were charged $15,000 more than what was originally quoted, and he wasn't even able to do over half of the work that was originally agreed upon! Can’t say enough about the great job KKM did with my boat, I had a major repair done (both transom assemblies). Dan and his staff were professional to the end and always available for a call. The repair was finished on time and within budget. I look forward to using them again in the Future.
