Ordered through Uber Eats. They advertised a BOGO for their Dynamite Roll. It was a serious letdown. Komoon's menu describes it as "baked mixed seafood & mayonnaise wrapped in rice." What arrived wasn't baked…it was ice cold. It wasn't wrapped in rice… the nori was on the outside, rice on the inside. And the rice itself was hard and dried out, going translucent at the edges (see photos), which is what happens when sushi rice sits too long. I had an amazing experience at Komoon Thai Sushi. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they really care about quality — from the sushi rolls to the Thai dishes, everything tasted authentic and well-balanced. Went here with 10 people at around 5pm, there was no other customers in the restaurant for at least 45 minutes service was horrible most of the time or very simple requests were brushed off or even ignored to our face was trapped in here for 3 hours took 45 minutes to get the checks and they were all wrong and made us pay for items we didn’t even receive chasing us out worst place ever
Ordered ahead. No one called or emailed me to tell me the hot food chefs would not be here until 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Not the first time, but this will be the last. Prepped the temporary sushi, while the rest of the hot food was still going to be 30 minutes from being ready. No customer service or logic. I used to love this place. Sad.
