Nice people
This is now my reno store of choice. Ok, it is nowhere near as large as RONA or Home Despot (deliberate), it has 85% of what I need. ALL of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (yes, even the teenagers). If they don't have something, they will order in. Feels like hardware store service from the 50s and 60s.
