I love woobie
Had an issue with the postage (not kommandos fault issue with the international service got someone elses parcel) they quickly responded to emails offered to try and see if they could replace the item after they couldn't (out of stock) they refunded me quickly and followed up a few days later to tell me that they maybe getting some returns and to sign up for notifications of a possible restock. The original parcel did actually arrive in the end and managed to sort it all out with them. Definitely recommend A+ service
5/5, great (local to me) company that goes above and beyond. I had a package arrive late after Christmas after ordering well in advance. The shipping department refunded me the shipping costs due to it arriving after the holiday. Exceptional customer service!! Very glad to be a part of the SMERSH early buyers program as well due to the painstaking effort to put forth a perfect product. Thanks guys, you are the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
