Grass Quality: excellent product, just what we wanted. Communication: excellent, all members of the Kombograss team were very attentive to our needs. Had the team at Kombo grass complete a refresh and some minor repairs this week. What a major difference it has made! The grass looks brand new again and we are incredibly impressed with the service provided by their technician who attended. Astro turf had been down for nearly 3 years and with a husky there was an abundance of dog hair and leaf litter from neighbouring trees. Photos speak for themselves. Absolutely useless, almost impossible to visit the showroom and you will be referred to an overseas call centre who can barely speak English and has no way of answering any basic questions or enquires. Do not waste your time with this circus.
