It took them half an hour into my scheduled appointment for them to finally call me back to get my hair done. When cutting my hair, he made my face framing pieces look horrible. Very boxy and not blended at all. It’s also very uneven. He kept trying to fix it but he kept taking more hair off. I cried after i walked out.
Walked in...no appointment... very happy with cut...highly recommended...will go back
