This dealer and their salesman Michael Gaine take full advantage of small businesses and should be ashamed. DO NOT GO HERE!!
***BUYER + RENTER BEWARE*** This is not the place to do business. Salesman Michael Gaine lied to me about putting a rental contract on pause, and told me to park the machine which I did. They then sent my small business a huge bill ($24,000) which I did not pay. Komatsu then sued me for 3 years and settled on less than half the amount they claimed I owed. Komatsu + Gaine are dishonest, and will take any opportunity they can get to take advantage. Attached is the invoice they claimed I owed with hours used 0.
