We have bought our last two fork lifts through Komatsu. They have normally been great with their service department keeping up with yearly maintenance; however, 2022 has been a dramatic change. We were called by a technician stating that he was coming out for the service. He called on the date of the service 3 months ago and stated that his dispatch had called him off the job and sent him elsewhere. I have made four calls since trying to line up service. Daniel in service was a pleasure to speak with. After being turned away by corporate, and numerous other Komatsu dealers telling me they couldn’t help me, I call KFOA. Daniel got me the information I needed within 5 minutes. Polite and prompt, there isn’t a lot of that in the forklift world. Thank you
