Mike Sheldon is amazing! Any time we need parts, he's quick to respond and provide exactly what we need. He's all about customer service and we are so appreciative of that!
Fast and good service
We have bought our last two fork lifts through Komatsu. They have normally been great with their service department keeping up with yearly maintenance; however, 2022 has been a dramatic change. We were called by a technician stating that he was coming out for the service. He called on the date of the service 3 months ago and stated that his dispatch had called him off the job and sent him elsewhere. I have made four calls since trying to line up service.
