The personal is not bad. It's the process I have a problem with.i do not like the fact that I put a machine out for sale and and have it cross collateral from the other. It's making it difficult. I have other reasons for not financing any more equipment from them due to mechanical failure.
They don’t answer the phone either!
I have tried for 3 days to get ahold of someone for help with our account. Does anyone answer the phones? I have never had a problem in the past. This was always one of the financial intuitions I didn't mind calling. I always had a person answer right away. This is very frustrating. I have also emailed with no response.
Is anyone working at Komatsu? I have called several times, your phone systems are not working properly. I've also emailed twice and have received no answer. I would appreciate a reply and a working phone number or email. Thank you.
