I have been coming here for years! This is the best store in town! The store is always clean, neat, and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I definitely recommend Komans for all of your beauty needs.
I had a disappointing experience at this hair store due to the behavior of an employee named Kirsten. Her attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful when I asked a simple question about a product. Instead of assisting, she was dismissive and made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is important, and this experience fell well below expectations. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated better.
