Love this place ! Only hair store I shop for me and my clients
I have been going to Komans for years. Started out going to Rome and now they are in Cartersville. Went this evening after I got off of work and I was glad the open sign was still on. By the time I actually got out of the car they had turned the sign off and locked the doors. The owner saw that I had walked up and tried to open the door, and he quickly came back to the door and said come on in. Very courteous. Great customer service if they do not have something in the store and you tell them that this is an item that you purchased frequently they will go out and get it. All the staff is always so friendly.
The store owner Charles took customer service is top tier. I never have a bad experience when he is working. He goes above and beyond to make sure I leave out with whatever I need to do hair.
Always helpful and very educated on all products
