We had a closet installed in January in which they installed a faulty lock. They were to come back and fix the issue and were to contact us to find a time to do this. They did not. 6 weeks later we left a message. No return call. 8 weeks later we got a hold of them and their answer to us was "Yes we forgot to return your message. We are a high-end company and were to busy". But not busy enough to take payment as that was done on Day 1.
