Nerula dint have time to listen to our problem. She is rude and dint have time for complete check up. I got her as back up of my regular doctor and will skip her next time.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Komal Narula was extremely rude, rushed through the entire appointment, and showed no empathy. When I expressed discomfort, she dismissed my concerns and continued without care. You would expect a gynecologist to show compassion and understanding, especially since many patients may have past trauma or need extra sensitivity. Terrible bedside manner--cold, dismissive, rushed, and clearly not trauma informed *at all,* which is truly a *disgrace* for a gyno. Also clearly did not familiarize herself with my chart before seeing me, and therefore ordered labs that told me nothing for the issue I was there for. Office was also playing club music *in the patient rooms*, which is certainly anxiety producing when you have bad PTSD. NA was also very when I asked her to turn it off. Truly unacceptable experience all around.
Dr. Was not compassionate or interested in my concerns and kept interrupting me. I don’t know where to find a doctor that will address my needs, but it won’t be her.
