I asked um to cut my hair only a bit and they chopped umm all off and they are rlly expensive I won’t recommend(she kept on calling my hair dry and over all this was not great

Extremely Disappointing Experience I honestly wouldn’t give this place even one star if I had the option. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I went into the store specifically to get my eyebrows done and clearly told them that I wasn’t interested in any other services. I think this is a good salon overall, but my recent experience was disappointing. The wash and blow-dry process after my color treatment was overly rough and painful. I also noticed that combs weren't being cleared of hair between clients, which raises sanitation concerns. I didn't say anything at the time because it felt awkward, but I hope they pay more attention to gentle handling and hygiene moving forward.
