Komal Beauty Salon has amazing staff and always a place where I know I will get the best services. I came in with damaged grey hair unsure what could help. Arsh , who did my hair, was very creative in suggesting the hair styling and put in a lot of effort with conditioning, massaging, highlights and detailed coloring ultimately making me feel great! This was my first visit and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. I went in for basic eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing, but the waxing was unnecessarily rough and painful. A simple gesture like pressing the skin after removing the wax strip—which most salons do to reduce discomfort—was completely ignored. After threading, loose hair was left all over my face. MIL came here to get her makeup done and it was done poorly. She had to get it washed off and go get it done elsewhere in the plaza. Don't recommend :(
