I hired Koltec Refrigeration & Air Conditioning LLC in 2023 to install a new air conditioning unit in my home, which is under 1,500 square feet. When they do eventually come out to you, they will not over charge. This is really the only reason I'm giving any stars. They are at least honest. However; I've been strung-along for many days on multiple occasions waiting for them to even schedule me.

I have finally found the honest & reliable AC company that I've been searching for for years. Dave and his crew answer the phone, show up when they are supposed to and do quality work. They've worked all over Broward County for me and answer the phone after normal business hours to help in an emergency situation. Koltec are the best around!!!

So glad I found Koltec. He was busy but he came out to me and set me up with my new AC in a couple days. Dave was so nice, lovely family and his installers were super. Got an up to date unit in 3 hours that morning at great price and I could't be happier. Koltec comes with great recommendations for quality and service. Thanks Dave.
