Not the best experience I’ve had. I booked a consultation and arrived 15 minutes early. There were two people there, but not one person acknowledged me or welcomed me when I walked in. I had to let them know that I was there for a consultation, and the woman simply walked into the back without saying anything to me. I was so disappointed with this visit after the first one going so well. I made an appointment with Kayla and the appointment was accepted. When I went in, however, another stylist whom I have never met greeted me to do my cut. When I inquired about Kayla I was told "Oh, she's out of town." I have never had that happen before! I have never been given an alternate stylist at an appointment. Maybe there was a good reason for her not to be there, but I should have been consulted! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I started coming here at the beginning of 2026, and I’m so glad I found this salon! Zulma and Kimberly are both absolutely amazing at what they do. Every time I come in, I leave loving my hair! 💇‍♀️✨ The salon is always so clean, beautiful, and well put together, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
